The howard county business collective exists to provide a private, peer-led space for active business owners to connect, collaborate, and grow through meaningful conversation and shared problem-solving. The collective is designed to support the day-to-day realities of running a business by fostering trusted relationships, practical insight, and mutual accountability. this group is not a networking organization or advocacy body, but a curated community focused on execution, learning, and long-term sustainability for businesses operating in and serving howard county.
membership criteria:
you must be a business owner (no employees)
business must be active and revenue generating
business must operate in howard county
you must be willing to participate respectfully and consistently
expectations:
no pitching or selling
confidentiality and respect for group discussions
commitment to engagement and collaboration
